Following multiple postponements, the All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to hold its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting this February, according to National Secretary Dr. Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru.
The meeting, initially slated for September 2024, was postponed indefinitely, sparking criticism from party members, including former Kaduna State Governor Nasir el-Rufai, who lamented the absence of party meetings for over two years.
Basiru dismissed opposition threats ahead of the 2027 elections, accusing rival parties of lacking meaningful alternatives to the current administration’s policies.
