UMAHI URGES IGBO SUPPORT FOR TINUBU DURING ABIA ROAD INSPECTION VISIT

Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi has called on the South-East to support President Bola Tinubu, emphasizing that the region stands to benefit from unprecedented federal inclusion. During a project inspection visit to Governor Alex Otti’s residence in Nvosi, Abia State, Umahi praised Tinubu’s commitment to integrating the South-East politically and developmentally.
The former Ebonyi governor commended Otti’s administration for its infrastructure achievements, particularly the transformation of the dilapidated Port Harcourt Road and sections of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.
Responding, Otti expressed appreciation for federal backing and pledged to deepen collaboration. “When roads are fixed, it’s a joint success — state and federal — but the real beneficiaries are the people,” he said.
