A Magistrate Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos has issued a restraining order prohibiting Baba Mohbad, Yomi Fabiyi, and several others from making public comments about late singer Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi, and their son, Liam. Â
The court ruled that they must refrain from publishing allegations, incitement, or any form of public harassment directed at Wunmi or Liam for the next year.  The order names Baba Mohbad, Bukky Jesse, Yomi Fabiyi, Larry Omodia, and Adewale Mariam as parties. Â
This action arises from ongoing disputes and social media tensions surrounding the late artist’s legacy. The court’s intervention aims to protect the privacy and well-being of the widow and child amid escalating public commentary.Â
