YORUBA YOUTH PROGRESSIVE FORUM PRAISES SHETTIMA FOR LOYALTY AND STATESMANSHIP

The Yoruba Youth Progressive Forum (YYPF) has publicly acknowledged Vice President Kashim Shettima as a model of loyalty and leadership, asserting his selection in 2023 as pivotal for Nigeria’s stability and unity. At a Lagos press conference, YYPF Secretary Abel Emmanuel Kolawole lauded Shettima’s unwavering commitment to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, describing him as a “pillar of humility, steadfast loyalty, and composure” .
The forum recounted Shettima’s support for Tinubu during the 2023 primaries as evidence of his moral courage and equity. They denounced opposition attempts to create friction between the presidency and vice presidency as unfounded and politically driven, praising Shettima’s discipline and silence as marks of strategic maturity.
YYPF highlighted his roles in policy formulation, political coordination within the APC, and diplomatic engagement on key security matters. His steadfast advocacy for inclusivity, despite regional or religious differences, positions him as a unifying national figure.
