Deputy Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Hon. Philip Agbese, has expressed confidence in President Bola Tinubu’s capacity to prudently manage Nigeria’s finances, describing him as “a meticulous economic planner with a clear developmental vision.”
Speaking to journalists at the National Assembly, Agbese said recent loan approvals by the National Assembly would be properly utilised under Tinubu’s administration.
“Every borrowing plan is carefully thought out, with clear repayment frameworks and measurable developmental outcomes,” he stated.
Agbese cited Tinubu’s achievements as Lagos Governor as evidence of his economic acumen, describing the Renewed Hope Agenda as a realistic path to restoring investor confidence and fiscal discipline.
“Nigerians can trust his sense of judgment. His track record speaks for itself,” Agbese added.
