Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has said the upcoming Medical City is designed to enhance healthcare delivery and promote medical tourism in the state, aligning with the broader ARISE Agenda. The facility, located at Ikot Ada Idem in Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area, will house the Ibom International Hospital, a world-class diagnostics centre, a pharmaceutical industry, housing estate, and an Elderly Home.
