The House of Representatives, through its Committee on Women Affairs and Social Development, in partnership with Nigerian Women Magazine, is set to host the Nigerian Women Leadership and Empowerment Conference 2025. The event will also feature the unveiling of a Compendium, an Awards ceremony, and a Dinner to celebrate outstanding Nigerian women.
The conference is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025, 12:00 Noon at the NAF Conference Centre, Kado, Abuja
This landmark event will serve as a platform to recognise the contributions of women in leadership, governance, business, and other key sectors. It will also drive conversations around policies and initiatives aimed at promoting gender equity, economic empowerment, and national development.
A key highlight will be the unveiling of a Compendium showcasing the achievements of exceptional Nigerian women, followed by an Awards and Dinner ceremony to honour distinguished female leaders for their impact on society.
