As part of a growing spiritual mobilization behind the Umo Eno-led administration, the ongoing 3-day interdenominational prayer summit in Uyo has become a convergence of influential voices in the Christian community, urging citizens to support the ARISE Agenda with both faith and action.
Apostle Lawrence Achudume, founder of Victory Life Bible Church in Abeokuta, was the keynote speaker on Day 2, delivering a passionate message themed “Maximize the Gifts of God in Your Life”, derived from 1 Corinthians 12:1-7. He encouraged Akwa Ibomites to harness their God-given talents to drive personal and state-wide development, stressing that the ARISE Agenda was not just a political blueprint but a divine empowerment platform for every citizen to contribute meaningfully.
Earlier, Apostle Samuel Effiong of GloryWorld International Gospel Centre in Eket set the tone with a call to “stand up for light,” referencing Isaiah 60:3. Effiong portrayed light as a symbol of godly excellence and transformation—qualities he said were vital for the State’s journey to greatness
The summit, which also featured musical ministrations, praise sessions, and intercessory prayers, drew the attendance of Governor Umo Eno, his executive team, political leaders, and worshippers from within and beyond Akwa Ibom.
