HOR DEPUTY SPEAKER APPEALS FOR NNAMDI KANU’S RELEASE

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Speaking after the inaugural meeting of the House Committee on South East Development Commission (SEDC), Hon. He commended President Tinubu for his support in establishing the South East Development Commission, which aims to address regional developmental gaps, and expressed hope that the release of Kanu would strengthen security and pave the way for increased development. Kalu called for a political approach to Kanu’s release, as he believes this would lead to improved peace and security in the Southeast.
