Residents of Barikallahu, Kaduna State, are demanding justice after Nigerian Air Force (NAF) personnel allegedly killed one person and injured two others during a raid on Wednesday 26th February night.
Multiple videos showed armed personnel arriving in a military vehicle, firing shots, and arresting a resident. Witnesses claim the attack stemmed from a dispute between a soldier and a local resident over a woman.
The victim, identified as Godwin, was reportedly hit by a stray bullet, while two others sustained gunshot wounds.
When contacted, Air Force spokesperson AVM Olusola Akinboyewa confirmed that an investigation is underway.
