The Senior Special Assistant to the Akwa Ibom State Governor on Non-Indigenes Affairs, Mr. Emmanuel Ogbole, has called on members of the South-South community in the state to remain united and intensify their support for Governor Umo Eno and his transformative ARISE Agenda.
Speaking during the inauguration of the South-South Women’s Forum executive over the weekend, Mr. Ogbole emphasized that the ARISE Agenda embodies an inclusive and people-centered governance model that ensures every resident, irrespective of origin, is carried along in the state’s developmental strides.
“The creation of the Office of Non-Indigenes Affairs alone is proof that Governor Eno’s administration will not leave anyone behind,” Ogbole said. “He is a leader who knows the way, shows the way, and follows the way.”
Also present at the event was the SSA to the Governor on Technical Matters, Mr. Charles Okorie, who hailed Governor Eno as a transformational leader shaping Akwa Ibom into a beacon of inclusive development. He urged the newly inaugurated executives to act as bridges between government initiatives and grassroots realities.
Leaders of the Niger Delta communities in Akwa Ibom, including Chief T.T. Brown and newly elected Woman Leader, Mrs. Usikhifo, expressed gratitude to Governor Eno for what they described as an unprecedented level of inclusive leadership.
