Bradley Barcola has wasted no time setting his sights on silverware after completing his sensational £123 million transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Liverpool.
The 23-year-old French winger officially joined the Reds on Monday in a deal worth an initial £106 million, with a further £17 million available in performance-related add-ons.
Barcola has signed a five-year contract and becomes Liverpool’s fifth major signing of the summer as the club looks to challenge for the Premier League title.
Speaking for the first time as a Liverpool player, the former Lyon star made it clear that winning the Premier League is at the top of his list of ambitions.
“I’m really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool. I hope to achieve very big things. First of all, winning the Premier League – it’s one of my biggest dreams,” Barcola said.
The winger also revealed that he hopes to remain at Anfield for many years and build a successful career with the club.
Barcola arrived at PSG from Lyon in 2023 and quickly established himself as an important player for the French giants. Last season, he recorded 20 goal contributions in 49 appearances.
He was also part of France’s 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign, featuring in every match and scoring three goals.
Now, with his move to Anfield complete, Barcola will be expected to bring his pace, creativity and goalscoring ability to Liverpool as the club aims to reclaim the Premier League crown.
