The organizers of the Papyrus Global Mayors Conference have announced the confirmation of Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad as a Special Guest at the upcoming global gathering of leaders and policymakers.
Hon. Datti Muhammad is a distinguished Nigerian politician and seasoned lawmaker who served as a Member of the House of Representatives representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency in Kaduna State for four consecutive terms (2007–2023). During his time in the National Assembly, he held notable leadership roles, including Deputy Minority Whip (2011–2015) and Chairman, House Committee on Ports and Harbours.
He currently serves as the National Vice Chairman (North-West) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling political party, where he plays a strategic role in strengthening party unity and political coordination across the region.
