ABUJA, NIGERIA — Mrs. Ruqayyah Muhammad Hussaini, Chief Executive Officer of Vivido Schone International Limited, will be honoured as Africa’s Most Outstanding CEO in Natural Products & Indigenous Manufacturing — 2026 at the 9th edition of the Global Distinguished CEOs Awards (GLODICEA) in Abuja.
The award, presented by The Papyrus Global, recognises Mrs. Hussaini’s entrepreneurial leadership and her contributions to natural product development, indigenous manufacturing, and the growth of Nigerian-owned enterprises.
Through Vivido Schone International Limited, she has built a business centred on natural products — including teas, spices, fragrances, and related lifestyle goods — with a strong focus on locally relevant product development and manufacturing.
According to The Papyrus Global, her selection reflects her ability to turn natural, locally rooted product ideas into a structured business enterprise, while contributing meaningfully to Nigeria’s manufacturing and MSME ecosystem.
Her entrepreneurial journey has included active engagement with initiatives supporting women and youth entrepreneurship, as well as participation in the WIPO Branding Project for SMEs. In 2026, Vivido Schone International Limited was also recognised with the Bank of Industry Award of Excellence in Manufacturing, according to the award assessment.
In her official acceptance letter to The Papyrus Global, Mrs. Hussaini expressed her gratitude and formally confirmed her acceptance of the award: “I am deeply honoured by this recognition and sincerely appreciate The Papyrus Global and the GLODICEA 2026 Selection Committee for acknowledging my contributions to business, leadership, enterprise development, and society.”
