
Abuja, Nigeria – Leading environmental expert Dr. Michael Terungwa David has officially confirmed his participation as a panelist at the 8th Papyrus Global Local Government Chairmen/Mayors Conference & Awards (PAGMACA) 2026, further strengthening the event’s growing reputation as a premier platform for policy and development dialogue across Africa.
Dr. David, who serves as Executive Director of Global Initiative for Food Security and Ecosystem Preservation, will lend his voice to critical discussions on “Climate-Smart Agriculture,” a theme that sits at the heart of Africa’s push toward sustainable development, food security, and climate resilience.
Organised by The Papyrus Global, PAGMACA 2026 is scheduled to hold from April 29th to May 1st in Abuja, Nigeria, bringing together mayors, local government chairmen, policymakers, and business leaders from over 20 countries.
