Beyond the recognition, the PAMOLAA plaque itself is a masterpiece — a piece of art, power, and meaning. Every detail tells a story.
At its core is the Mace — the ultimate symbol of legislative authority, held firmly by the Hand of Power, representing the people’s mandate and the lawmakers’ sacred trust. The design is not accidental; it is deliberate, symbolic, and deeply African.
Each plaque is handcrafted from precious stones sourced from the historic Benin Kingdom of Nigeria, known for its centuries-old mastery of royal bronzes and artistic heritage. The making of a single PAMOLAA plaque takes three days of meticulous craftsmanship — two days of carving and molding, followed by a day of refining and finishing, where every curve is polished to reflect dignity and pride.
