OGUN GOVERNOR TASKS NYSC MEMBERS TO BE ROLE MODELS

Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has called on NYSC members deployed to the state to avoid anti-social conduct and embrace patriotism. Speaking at the 2025 Batch A Stream II orientation in Sagamu, Abiodun described corps members as vital contributors to the “Building Our Future Together” agenda. He encouraged them to participate in digital training, education, agriculture, and other initiatives under the I.S.E.Y.A framework. The state NYSC Coordinator, Mrs. Olayinka Nasamu, emphasized the three-week programme’s goal to instill discipline, self-reliance, and community service. She urged corps members to acquire at least two vocational skills to improve self-sustainability amid dwindling job opportunities.
